I initially decided to go with James Batchelor and his law office because I wanted an attorney who would treat me with respect and give me undivided personal attention when he worked on my case versus the high profile TV and bill board attorneys you see who act like they will personally take on your case only to pass you onto another attorney who is juggling 100 other clients. Jim was great to work with as he always explained things to me up front and in plain English and he Always said I was the final decision maker in the case. Thanks to Jim’s hard work, experience and tenacity, I ended up settling the case, which was not easy as the auto insurance hired their own “experts” to dispute everything in my case. The communication was outstanding , He kept me informed of every detail that came along This included texts,e-mail and phone calls. He is a very personable guy, who put me at ease from the first meeting. The case was settled after 10 months. The staff was friendly and kept the paperwork to a minimum. Terri JOctober 28, 2024I referred to David K from a friend of a friend. Was scared to even go not thinking I would get anywhere with going after workman's comp. I felt welcome by David and the team the minute I walked in. David worked his tail off to find out that I could more than likely win my case, so I went for it. Now I don't have to go to a hearing as the workman's comp. company wanted to settle out of court.
